By registering an account and making the entry payment on The Real Orbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
The one-time 167 USDT entry fee is strictly non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, there is no provision for refund under any circumstances, including voluntary exit, account suspension, or disagreement with platform rules.
Account activation requires successful KYC verification. You must provide authentic documents. Submission of fraudulent documents results in permanent account ban and forfeiture of the entry payment.
The Real Orbit operates a transparent reward system including direct referral (18%), pension ($100 per group completion), and fast income ($100 monthly bonus for 4+ directs). All rewards are subject to the claim rules detailed on the platform.
Referral income must be claimed within the same calendar month in which it was earned. Unclaimed referral income expires at month-end and cannot be recovered.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the admin team on a per-user basis. Processing time varies. Network fees may apply. The Real Orbit reserves the right to delay, partially release, or pause withdrawals based on platform policies.
You may not: use multiple accounts, submit fraudulent documents, engage in referral manipulation, misrepresent the platform, or use automated tools. Violations result in account termination.
The Real Orbit reserves the right to modify these terms, reward structures, or platform features at any time. Users will be notified of material changes.
The Real Orbit is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Participation is at your own risk.
