Is there an age requirement?

Can I use the platform from outside India?
Yes, The Real Orbit is a global platform. USDT TRC-20 is accepted worldwide. Local KYC documents for your country may be required.

Which network do you accept?
We accept USDT on the TRC-20 (TRON) network only. Other networks will result in lost funds.
How long does payment verification take?

Can I get a refund?
No. The entry payment is strictly non-refundable. Please review all terms before paying.
KYC & Verification
What documents are required?
Aadhaar card (front and back), PAN card, and a live selfie photo. Total 4 uploads.
How long does KYC take?
Auto-verification completes in 30–60 seconds. If rejected, you can reapply after 48 hours.
Why was my KYC rejected?
Common reasons: unclear images, cropped documents, photo mismatch, or name mismatches between documents. The exact reason will be shown.
How many times can I retry?
There is no strict retry limit, but each rejection enforces a 48-hour waiting period. Repeated rejections may trigger manual review.

How does the 18% referral work?
For every direct joining under your referral code, you earn 18% of their 167 USDT entry = 30.06 USDT, credited to your Referral wallet.
What is the pension?
When your assigned group completes (reaches 10,000 members), every member — including you — receives $100 USDT pension credit automatically.
How does Fast Income work?
Refer 4 or more people in a single calendar month and earn a $100 USDT bonus. This resets every month.
What is the Claim Rule?
Referral income must be claimed within the same month it was earned. Unclaimed referral income expires at month-end. Pension and fast income do not expire.
Withdrawals
What is the minimum withdrawal?
Currently 20 USDT. This may be adjusted based on platform policies.
How are withdrawals processed?
Admin reviews each withdrawal request and processes payouts to your registered USDT wallet. Processing time varies.
